Summertime Springtime and the living cooking is eeeeeasy

I love when it warms up and you can cook out just about every night on the grill! Doesn't everything just taste better on the grill? I mean a real grill too. When we lived in South Carolina, we could only have an electric grill out on our deck. Not only was it a pain to clean, but nothing ever really tasted like you actually cooked it on the grill.

This is the first place we've lived where we could have a real grill. So when my parents and grandparents surprised us with one as an early anniversary gift, we were so excited! When they were here helping us move, we cooked on the grill 2 nights. We had steak one night and BBQ chicken the next. And it was delicious!

So I'm sitting here trying to make my grocery list for next week and I'm wondering what you cook on the grill! Besides that old standbys like steak, burgers and chicken, do you have a favorite thing to cook on the grill? Have something different that people wouldn't think to cook on the grill that you just love?

Please share! My hubby will be soooooo happy if I try to cook on the grill every night next week!

We love to cook on the grill as well. We do the old favorites like you said but we also like, kabobs, any kind, steak, chicken, shrimp. :) We also do veggie packets. Cut up some veggies and season with whatever you want and wrap in aluminum foil and cook them on the grill while you are doing your meat. I usually season with Italian dressing or some dry spices. I also LOVE corn on the cob grilled!!!

We use our grill for everything. Our favorite is salmon and asparagus with lime and balsamic vinegar. Yum!

I like corn on the cob grilled and once it is done, I rub lime on it and then salt and pepper it. Mmmmm...
